Problem with it department: tax credit mismatch

If I view my form 26 AS statement, the TDS amount shows 25500. But Income Tax Website shows different amount 12100. 12100 means "Last 3 transaction was not included into calculation eventhough it was included in form 26 AS. So Income tax website does not update form 26 AS correctly. so the different occurs.

I filed my e-return as per my form 26 AS Statement which is correct figure. but , If i click "mismatch option" in the incometax website, It shows different.

So, I think, there may be some problem with their website.

Will i get refund or not? how much days it will take to get refund?

Please clarify

as per my knowledge the problem is because

The time you filed our income tax return by that time deductor might not have filed TDS return.. Later when TDS return was filed the same has been updated later in Form 26AS... But the TDS mismatch option in income tax website will show you the details of mismatch as on date of return filed... The solution for this is wait for 143(1) intimation once you receive the same .. file rectification online..

your refund will be processed with 25500. there can be some delay because there is no fixed time for refund but normally ot should take 6 months to process your refund.

I too have this same problem now. The TDS deductor issued form 16 from Traces website and the amount shows booking status as 'F' for Q3 Rs.800 and Q4 Rs.2400. The Form 26AS shows that all the Rs.3200 is Fully matched and also the TDS certificate number is validated with the amounts. Yet the tax mismatch link shows 2400 as available in Form 26AS i.e. Rs.800 less. I fail to understand what to do. Deductor informed that he has generated certificate from Traces website and all amounts are shown as 'F' in booking which means that the TDS returns are matched with Tax deposited.
