Problem while filling may 16 final examination form

Hello, please help me on this. I have given the filled form for final registration to Bangalore branch by hand on 14th January 2016. As per information got from the institute, I am registered for final course on 20th January, 2016 and eligible to write May 2016 exam. But, while filling the application form online for final exams, I am not able to put the date 20th Jan 2016 since it is not allowing any date in the year 2016. However, an option for ‘Today’ is available and that’s the only date that will take in 2016. This occurred in provisional registration since my name didn’t appear while creating user ID.
