someone plz helps, I maintain a personal a/c in exel by separates sheet, and i want to mantain in tally. but having problems to grouping those heads, i have 2 type of exp i) revenue items exp, ii) non revenue like personal exp, all exp made by cash, and with cost catagory and cost centre how those entries should treat in tally ? how to grouping those heads ? how to capitalised my net profit in tally? plz help me on these topics....

Tally provide for grouping of accounts and cost centre feature. First open an group say Receivable then open an account as sub group of receivable. Activate cost centre feature and create cost centre required.
For capitalisation of P/L. Transfer all ending balances of revenue and expenses to P/L and then transfer the profit or loss to capital account.
