Problem in registering dsc at dvat website

After installation of PKI componet token based dsc will not be recognized in dsc registration section of DVat Site, Anyone can suggest me what can I do?.

DVAT Digital Signature Error suggested PC Settings:

Internet Explorer Settings: Tools --> Internet Options -- Security --custom level --> Enable all Active X compnents

Another Browser setting is : Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy --> remove tick from "Turn on Pop-up Blocker"

Close active browser and open internet explorer again.

Login at dvat site and then register your digital signature.

I have installed pki components & Digital Sign Application on windows 7. But the DSC Application says that you are not connected to internet but I am already connected to internet. Also I have digitally signed vat returns online but there is no history on site. & now showing that your return is pending for digital sign. When I tried to resign the return it shows error on signing.

Please anybody help me regarding this.

I am facing the same problem. I used Internet Exploree for Signature. After so many attempts Sign had been Uploaded & signed. but now there is no history of my Digitally signed return and now when i again try to sign then application error is showing.

You have to wait for at least 24 hours and you can see your form 56 digitally signed history on tomorrow

There is form56 available after 24 hours

hey i have registered dsc on dvat site and also signed the document but while opening from dvat history, it is showing that the file is not digitally signed....

please anyone resolve the issue.

If no history is shown in your account. There is no problem. Do you have printout of digitally signed Form 56. If not then contact to sales tax department. They will arrange you a copy of digitally signed form 56
