Problem in pvt limited company incorporation

file another from 32 with selecting option as promoter director. (if executive/ non-executive / independent director status is not important for you to define at the moment). It will get approved.

i have opted in designation as director and category as promter only but i got like that...so can u pleaseclear as wht to do 

your query say's "******Form 32 showing appt as Executive Directors, but nothing is mentioned in Articles regarding Executive Directors" so try select non-executive directors and file it.

Resubmit form 32 with option 'non executive' for every director.
