Problem in itr2 -18 downloaded.top row not seen

ITR 2 for AY2018-19 form does not show the top row giving "NEW' "OPEN" "SAVE"SAVE DRAFT" "PRE FILL" as attached. I have tried with 2 computers both give the same manner. Please help me what can be done for this. I am unable to save draft.

Do you download java utility? If it is java then it is showing

After java download also the down loaded ITR 2 does not show the top row. Thanks for the advice.

Actually its showing in my system. I don't know how to attach the image. You can also use Alt + A to save draft
