Problem in itr 4s
plz experts advice me.
in itr 4s one of my friend forgot to do changes of business name and address. client has changed the name of business from half year and also changed the place of business. and return for the f.y. 2015-16 is filed after due date. so what to do. plz experts advice me so i can help my friend.

Belated return cannot be revised now. Wait for any communication from department. You may file rectification request after that. Otherwise also it will not be any objectionable point.

How many days we get for rectification, after filing of return.
In normal course it takes about 2 to 3 months to get intimation u/s. 143(1) after filling return, provided everything is in order.
