Problem in icai tax suite software

Is Online/On Call support available for ICAI- Tax Suite Software?

Please be informed that there is no particular system requirement for using the ICAI tax suit software as it works on all the windows operating systems. But for smooth working on it there should be a minimum space in C: drive of 1 GB & RAM should be or more than 512 MB.

Its freely available for members of ICAI only having a membeship no. of it.

Dear all,

I am also facing the same problem. When i install, the system tells that it is not installed correctly.

Does ICAI-TAX SUITE works on 64bit PC? after down loading when I try to open the soft ware it is giving a message Run-time ERROR 429 ACTIVX component canot create object. How can I get over the problem?
