Problem in filing wb vat return

I am having problem in filing Best Bengal VAT return for works contract. I am getting message while filing a properly saved XML file "There is a mismatch in percentage of deduction field at AnnextureD Part2 at row num1, There is a mismatch in Taxable CTP field at AnnextureD Part2 at row num1, There is a mismatch in Taxable CTP field at AnnextureD Part2 at row num1" though after thorough searching I could not find any mistake. Please help if anybody can.
