When Iam trying to file form 1 for a private limited company, it shows the following error message:
'Mandatory field: Numder of equity preference shares is mandatory if yes is selected in whether the company is having share capital or not field. Please enter"
Actually I entered details of equity shares and as it is a private company, it doen't have preference shares. So, kindly sujjest me what I have to do?
say authorised preference shares as 0 and then proceed. it should work out
Kindly mention Preference Shares As 0 at every place.
