Problem in filing Form 3CEB

Hello,

I am a practcing Chartered Accountant. I am not being able to upload Form 3CEB for any of my clients for the past several days. I am successfully getting to the final stage of signing with my dsc but when I am clicking the final submission button, the error message "Submission failed! Response form server: No Response received from server". I have already tried the resolutions prescribed in the income tax website like updating the CA as well as tax payer profile, updating their dscs and making CA active in the tax payer portal. Can anyone suggest a resolution to this problem so that I can file the forms within due date which fast approaching.

2. Ensure your Java and Adobe Acrobat Reader software are up-to-date. .

3. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.

4. Attempt uploading the form using a different browser or device.

5. Verify your DSC is properly registered and active.

6. Check for any firewall or antivirus software blocking the submission.

7. Contact the Income Tax Department's helpdesk or the e-Filing department for assistance. Technical issues can be frustrating, but resolving them is often a matter of trying different approaches.

Also, confirm that your PAN status is active.¹ - *Check Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)*: Ensure your DSC is valid and not expired. Update the DSC management utility (emBridge) to generate signature files, and register the DSC on the income tax portal. - *Assign Form 3CEB to CA*: Log in to your account, go to "e-File" > "Income Tax Forms" > "File Income Tax Forms," and select Form 3CEB.
