When I log into the ACES WEB SITE for filing the ST Return most of the times I get the error message "PROBLEM LOADING PAGE". Are other members facing similar problems. What is the remedy. After numerous trials once in a blue moon it works and I am able to file the return. Please help me.

Your should be used the Firefox as ACES.GOV.IN
Several times I had similar situation. You need to keep trying to reload the page when it happens so. Simultaneous access by multiple users, network/server slowdowns could be a few of reasons I could think of. I think we need to be extermely patient while using ACES :)

Is there no way we can all comunicate this problem to the department concerned so that may be they will take some action.
Today it is not working on Mozilla too.
Still help desk is not accepting the fact.
