After extracting the file from downloaded zip file, ‘executable jar’ file is missing.
ITR ‘windows batch file’ is not enabling to enter the data. Where’s the problem.

Problem in a.y. 2016-17 itr-4s utility of java based:-

Might have given different path for extracted files. Delete everything, reload the zip file and while extracting the file check the folder where extracted.
