Sry to both I misunderstood the news cause I did not read it. It was news regarding Gurgaon job reservation Andhra hence all companies shifting to noida. https://theprint.in/opinion/gurugram-inc-wont-expand-in-haryana-anymore-eyeing-hubs-like-noida-now/617524/
