Private / Pvt., and Limited/Ltd.

Yes you can follow the same practice. It is legally possible.

Compan Name: ABC Private Limited

You can write:

1. ABC Private Limited

2. ABC (P) Limited

3. ABC Pvt. Ltd.

4. ABC (P) LTd.

5. ABC Private Ltd.

6. ABC Pvt. Limited

My personal suggstion is use---- ABC Private Limited

I need to clarify here.

Once I have chosen it in a particular form/style and registered with ROC, can i write it in forms/styles other than the registered form/style substituting private with pvt and limited with ltd ?

 For example, name as registered with ROC: ABC Private Ltd.

Is it legally correct to use ABC Private Limited, ABC Pvt. Ltd. ,,, in place of ABC Private Ltd. ?

For removal of all your doubts--simply use the name mentioned in certificate of incorporation.

For me it ok to use ABC Private Limited, ABC Pvt. Ltd. in place of ABC Private Ltd.
