-One Private Ltd. Co.  is planning for PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF  Convetible Debentures.

- The probable allottees are neither Director or their relatives, nor shareholders.

- The Convertible Debentures are  NOT  SECURED DEBENTURES (Unsecured)

Whether these debentures will be considered as deposits under Companies (Acceptance of Deposit) Rules, 1975
