A new company is formed. However we are confused about filing of documnets with registrar .

Please Clarify whether you want to file Company Incorporation Documents or Annual Filing forms ?
without filing incorporation documents a company cannot get formed .. therefore remains eforms like adt-1, dir-12 etc has to be filed and annual returns too ..
