Prior intimation regarding transfer of articles in 1st year

Yes, It is mandatory to take prior approval from Institute before filing of Form-109.

I have successfully completed my articleship transfer in first year of articleship..

With out obtaining prior approval from the ICAI..

And also updated my employer details in ICAI database..

My opinion is ''YOU DONT NEED TO TAKE ICAI APPROVAL IN 1ST YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP''

this is what me,and some of my friends followed and they also successfuly completed transfer,,

You can confirm with ICAI regional office near by you ...

Sir i am in my 2 year of articleship now I want to take transfer. What should I do ?

Above mentioned points are not really applicable for me.

Can i take transfer on the ground that I want to have more exposure in Indirect Taxes .

Because my firm doesn have Indirect taxes

We have only Direct taxes
