Printer spare parts gst rate

New GST Slabs Effective September 22, 2025

The GST Council has introduced a revamped structure:

• Two primary slabs: 5% and 18%

• 40% slab for certain sin or luxury goods

• 0% on some essential items, insurance, etc.

Despite this major simplification, printer spare parts have not been moved to 5%—they remain within the 18% slab.

So under the new system, printer spare parts still fall under the 18% GST category.
