Hello guys,
i have completed 2 years of articleship and now my principal threatens to give me a transfer because i sent an application for leave. he said that if i go for leave(which is compulsory) then he will give me a transfer.It is very important for me to take this leave(which will lead to termination).
I also want to tell you that my attempt is in may,16 thus i dont want to do industrial training as they wont give much leave for studying..
I want to take a transfer to another CA firm only so that i can balance my work with studies. Secondment is not possible as the partner wont do the same.Nothing is written in the rules of transfer for mutual termination. I dont want to delay my attempt thus i cant use meical grounds too.. As me and my principal both agree to terminate articleship then am i allowed to take a transfer to another CA firm?
please give me a solution guys
