I am in 3rd year of my articleship. I am registered under my principal who is partner in a small firm. Apart from him there are 2 more partners(Total 3). So my principal is leaving the partnership and surrendering his COP in a month. I want to continue articleship in the same firm but need to transfer to under another partner. Pls suggest the procedure and the forms I need to fill for the same.
The firm will remain same only my principal will change from one partner to another.
