Review on Paper of Corporate and Allied Law :
Very Disappointing and Totally Unexpected Paper. If I have to say one word about it then It was "Pathetic".
The Whole paper was based on Miscellaneous Topics from Miscellaneous Chapters and Totally memory based questions were asked. Practical questions were very less. Very Messed up questions and twisted also. Very much Lengthy also.
Nothing much asked from Directors chapters. Questions from allied laws were also difficult. Very lengthy questions were in 4 marks. 8 mark question was asked from Directors remuneration was totally Unexpected. 12 marks were from producer companies as per old act, these was very much irrelevant because old provisions were out of date practically.
In short very Pathetic paper but one who had prepared well this subject and just tried to attempt the questions up to the part which he knows and not just leave the questions, they can easily score 40 marks because ICAi would at least give passing marks in such tough papers.

You are an awesome teacher sir!

Should we expect any scale up?
yes this time there are very much chances of scale up or grace marks in law...

But till the new provisions are applicable in many cases, sections of old companies act 1956 are still relevant including producer CO.

Dont think so regards any scaling
good analysis. why old act should be considered?

The Law paper indicates the revenge taking strategy that is being used by ICAI every time. They took revenge of first 3 papers by setting this kind of paper in Law.

Dont expect any scale-up or something, its ICAI not a university. At max we can expect that paper of law will be evaluated somewhat liberally.

Paper which has no relation with practical life n practical cases which v face in office work..no scale up n all.strategy to fail 95% students and declare result of 5%👎

Completely agree with CS Tejpal Sir
