Can any of you confirm the following :
It is not necessary that the current Selling price of a share to a Non Resident should be higher than the price at which the same shares were sold to another non resident ?. (CCI Guidelines are taken care of)
CCI guidelines have been replaced in favor of DCF method wef April 10 wherein the selling value should be more than value determined by DCF method.
