No, Not possible. Presumptive Taxation is always turnover based and one has to check turnover on year to year basis.

Therefore, Turnover in the year concerned will be the guiding factor for the same.

But it is clarified that in the case turnover exceed Rs. 2,00,00,000 Opting out is out done.
And Section 44 AD can be opted by assesse in subsequent year.
Logic:
As Condition of 5 year bar is applicable if Assessee opts out for presumptive taxation, here section itself is not applicable and no opting out is made on behalf of the assessee.
