There is a difference in presentation of financial statement in Annual report and Bsheet (signed / stamped copy)
Figures in bsheet /p & loss ( recd from auditors ) are in Rupees and Instruction to prepare annual reports are in Lacs
Pl suggest whether we can do the same.

In presentation of Financial Statements to the Shareholders, the exact figures, as signed by the Auditors and Directors, are to be presented.
There are provisions in Revised Schedule VI to present figures in Lakhs. The safest solution in this regard is for the Company to consult their Statutory Auditor and seek their approval.
