Preparation of work diary and attendance record

This generally happens when we register for the articleship after 30 days of initial joining.

For work diaries: you would have to prepare a timeline of daily work report. What were the client and type of work you have done.

For Attendance: Just daily attendance would work.

Please note both the above records need to be verified by your principal through his signature and stamp.

The case is about transfer of articleship due to death of my principal. I filed Form 103 ,110 to ICAI but after the due date.

As a reply they asked for attendance record and work diary duly attested by the principal.

Attendance sheet will not be maintained by our firm, in that case how can I submit attendance sheet daywise
