Recently, ICAI has sent me an email asking for Work Diary and Attendance Record.
1.How shall I prep the work diary? Shall I specify the hours spent on each category or just the days spent?
2.With respect to Attendance Record, can anyone help me by providing a format? I am confused whether to provide a summarised or day by day detailed register?

This generally happens when we register for the articleship after 30 days of initial joining.
For work diaries: you would have to prepare a timeline of daily work report. What were the client and type of work you have done.
For Attendance: Just daily attendance would work.
Please note both the above records need to be verified by your principal through his signature and stamp.
