but it will be possible only if you have any approach. preparation of interview has no importance.

Hai i think u can get in top most companies because from ur mail this is presents that u have somuch confidence. beleive in ur self and prepare for the interview from the tax point of view.

Preparing for interview is of great importance, It is the only gateway to any company of your dream, take few mock(dummy) interviews, ask your friends or relatives to take your mock interviews, I wouldnt be able to tell you which subject to prepare for (not my expertise, am a computer grad.), basically be confident, a smile always works, nervousness will kill your chance, be clear about yourself, your ambitions, your past achivements etc.

Well divya, its reallytough for u to make it to the top firms. Because these firms have much better resumes than urs. so why the hell would they take a 2nd attempt student. I fear u might not even get a call. This is nit to demotivate u , but the real thing. OK. But u have the following options:
1. go for a mid size firm and clear ur final in the 1st attempt
2. go for a small firm and take anotherqualification lke ICWA or CS
3. Try for the big firms through a JACK (as they call it )
4.Prepare for a tough interview and some really tough questions on AS and TAxation if ever u geta call frm big 4.
