I am preparing for IPCC May 2014 with self study.

Will you kindly share with me how to start the study?

Your valuable suggestions for books, planning, schedules, references, practices will be really a great help for me.

As per my guessings.. u r direct entry system student... i suggest you to revise basic accounts.. then start with ipcc study material you have more time to study... so 1st go through basics.. and keep making brief notes on each and evry topics.. and refer dis.... https://studentslms.icai.org/LMS/index.html .... accounts and advanced accounting:

tulsian for concept and introduction and basics

paduka for the sums...never use paduka for concept and basics..

for financial management and costing:-

tulsian , dont try to solve each and every sums of fm from tulsian jus understand the concept and get start with the sums if u go trying to solve each and every sums it will take more than a year to complete fm....

law ethics communication:

law munish bhandari

ethics and comunication module

audt:

surbhi bansal both for audit and standards on audit

it sm:-

sm:- paduka

it:-practice manual

never use dinesh madan for it sm everyting is good bt dont know why unable to score marks i exprienced it..

taxation:-

singhania :- for few chapters liks other sources clubing house property in short the small chapters u can use

paduka:- salary. business profession, capital gain, deduction, computation of total income

indirect taxation

vat: module

service tax: module

all this are my exp and i was able to score good marks and me too had done self study....
