I have been studying SM from study material and practice manual..but unsure of IT. Can Pm alone do for IT?

PM is not sufficient. You need to cover whole syllabus. If possible get Manish Valechha textbook of ITSM. It is best written book and easy to remember and complete. It also gives memory code which will help you remember the topic easily. He is the best seller of CA final ISCA..
