I have my CA Final Attempt in November 2013. I Am having trouble in preparing for the subject as I find the study material quite boring and also not very easy to revise.

go for MUNISH BHANDARI book.(thicker one) once you go through that single book. u are ready. no other material is requiered. every topic is there with past question on each topic.and it will help u to know how to write answers too.
Better to prepare from Practice Manual for all exam question & take manish 's book. Presentation pagagraph wise section, details of the case & finally your conclusions

As in u r still having time i would advise to u to change the study material to Munish Bhandari.
It is easy & interesting to read.
Further 4 revision u can go 4 Munish Bhandari's handbook.

First of all choose MUNISH BHANDARI HANDBOOK for corporate and allied law.
Than prepare section wise notes for all ACT as a 1 chapter 1 act and it will took 100 page long book.
Read munish bhandari with your section wise prepared act.
And I am sure at the time of exam you will revise all the laws 10 times in a day.
