Preparation CA final-old syllabus

Hi Friends , just to brief about myself. I am working -full time , with family responsibilities.For Nov 09 attempt ,is it possible to go for both groups at this stage?

My preparation level is 20% , is it possible to go for both the groups? if yes , what should be the strategy & if no , then which group to go for & again the strategy.
