Kindly advise me how to treat the expenses between Jun 2010 to Jun 2013 and July to Aug 2013
Either Preliminary or Pre-operative expenses

Exp prior to formation of company are preliminary Exp. and Exp. incurred after incorporation to till date of commencement of business business is pre operative exp.
