Premises of menf. unit
Can he give his half premises (for which he has taken Excise registration) on Rent as a Warehouse to other ? Is there any permission is required to take from the concern AC / DC Central Excise?

In the same Central Excise registered premises, would not carry any other business. If A give rent, lease and any one to the part of premises, A should amend central excise registration for premises only which activity carried by A.
