M/s X is registered service provider with premices code 123456 in the year 2008-09
but it applied for inclusition of another service and surrenderd the above certificate
and department issued a new modified certificate dt 20/02/2009 to M/s X , containing premises code as 987456
now i want to file a return from 01/04/2008 to 31/03/2010
please tell me
which premises code should I fill in the returns?
Hi,
since the premises code is issued in the Feb itself you have to mention the new code only. If you filed through ACES then it will take the code automatically. If not register try to register with ACES and file your returns through online
