Fees paid for form no.32 for appointment of first director. is this expense is preliminary expense?

Form 18 for situation of registered office what about this?

may be you treated as preliminary exp. Becoz it is incurred for setting same business set up.....

Filing Fees are Preliminary Expenditure by Nature. They are in Connection with Incorporation of the company.
