while filling ITR-1 prefilled personal information (name ,pan,DOB) is not showing (blank) and also it is not showing in preview of return

It is due to overloading of the system.
You may try to edit the profile on the site & save it with otp received (only in few cases).
Try filing ITR online. Now download the XML file of the ITR.
Same issue in online filing
File grievance.
Or fill missing data in ITR...
