Both Sec 529A & Sec 530 talks about dues of workmen of Company. But that is the difference between the two ?
How can one know that a particular amount due to worker is covered u/s 529A or 530 ?

I think the difference is the winding up of the co. on insolvency and other one is general winding up comapanies
