Preference shareholder voting
Can anyone guide me what is the voting procedure to be followed for letting preference shareholder vote in annual general meeting?

Preference shareholders cannot vote at AGM as per the provisions of companies Act, 2013 except in few cases.
yes I did go through the provision. in my case preference shareholders are eligible now to vote.
Which kind case? Is your company in default for payment of dividend for 2/more years?
yes. 2 years completed
Then they have right as equal as equity shareholders at Any GM
That was my question. what voting procedure should be followed. Act is silent about voting procedure for preference shareholder
