I am doing Industrial training from a listed company , recently qualify final this june with 60% having campus in feb10 , i wanna know whether i will get any benefit in campus because of industial training exposure or only rankers get preference..

You will definatly get the advantage specially in case you are joining any industry. But why dont you try in your present company. They will dewfinatly prefer you then anyone else.
