1) can listed company redeem the preference shares at premium ? and which is the applicable section ?
2) what are the minimum and maximum rate of interest for fixed deposits to shareholders.(statement in lieu of advertisement)?

Preference shares can be reedemed at premium, if it is reedemed out of premium then premium will be provided out of securities premium account or p&l acount,
For interst rates i gues minimum is 6% and no idea abt maximum,
