friends whats the procedure ???
1) after completing articleship, what should one do to obtain the completion certificate...(eg- which form to be filled and submitted and other formalities)
2) formalities at the CA FIRM where training was taken..i.e with the principal CA
3) also documents to be filed to ICAI with ca final exam (new course) form???
please give a simple FLOWCHART for me & all of our friends...
a sure and prompt help will be highly appreciated!
You just ask to the nearest Branch
I mean You should Contact ICAI Branch Office at any time between the office hours

After completing ur articleship period, get Form 108 filled and signed by your principal. and submit to ICAI within 30 days from the date of ur articles completion. If u have taken extra leave and extension is to be given, u have to file form 107 also...No other formalities are to be done with ur CA firm other than this. |
