There is a pvt ltd company which is incorporated from feb 08 but has started its operations only from april 09 but there are expenses like rent salary etc. is incurred could any one suggest me how to treat those expenses

All expenses incurred till date of starting of business should be debited to Pre Operative Exp. in the B/S under Misc Exp.
