Pre filled xml downloaded from itd website is downloading with 0 bytes

Yes that is the defect while extracting data for ITR3.

For other ITRs it is working fine, but for ITR3...... call helpline....... they may suggest some solution .......

The same problem is there in my case while downloading ITR2 pre-filled X M L file. The file size is zero. How to sort out this problem?

download previour year X M L. open it in notepad. change the AY and import it to current AY. Feed 26AS credit manually.

The problem has been sorted out by the Income Tax Department and from 19th June, I am able to download pre-filled X M L with proper data.

No I just talked to hekpline, they are still working on it, now new Invalid Data error is popping up
