Practice manual applicable for ca final law-may 2016 attempt

I am also confused. Jan 2016 edition says amendment upto 31oct 2015 is incorporated in that book,  Instead of refering Jan 2015 edition + refering amendment upto 31 oct 2015 from various  souces why cant we directly refer  jan 2016 edition.Why it is made applicable for Nov 2016 exam and old edition for may 2016 exam. Can anybody clarify this..
 

I am refering Jan 2016 Module Only.

All questions of previous Module i.e. Jan 2015 is available plus Additional Questions. Answer are presented in more detailed manner in New PM.

You can refer to the latest practice manual published by institute while preparing for May 2016 exams, you must be aware that amendments made six months prior to examination will be applicable. If the same is covered then you can very well lay hands on the latest material.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

While studying for your Corporate Law paper you also ensure to cover the latest amended laws in Insurance act 1938 - i.e., The Insurance Laws (Amendment) Act, 2015 is applicable for your May 2016 Examination.

Dear student,
For Corporate and Allied Laws, the study material/Practice manual of January 2016 edition  is relevant for November 2016 examination and onwards. For the students appearing in May 2016 examination,  revised edition of October/December 2014 is relevant. However for further amendments (for the period 1st October 2014 to 31st October 2015) students should have to refer May 2016 examination RTP.

However, students may also refer January 2016  edition as it also contains legislative amendments  made uptill 31st October 2015. 

Students those are having or referring revised October 2014 edition/ Reprint January 2015 edition along with the  RTP of May 2016 examination, is also sufficient for May 2016 examination and will serve the purpose.

I think it's better to go through new book that is Jan,2016 edition for May,2016 exams.
