Practice in 2 ca partnership firms-simultaneously

Kindly Guide me through, whether a CA-in Practice with Full time COP can be a Partner in 2 CA Firms Simulteneouly

If he Can:

1) Whether He will be considered Part time In both the Firms

2) Whether he can perform Attest function in both the firms within 45 Tax Audit Brackets??

yes, he can become the partner in two and the second condition as you said will apply but not sure about 1st
