is there any provision in ICAI.ACT , one Chartered Accountant in employment has the option to use his attestation function ( i mean part time job and part time Practice) .could anybody knows it...pl.

The CA in part-time practice can not sign any financial statements as part of his practice.
CA in job can not perform attestation function. He can do all other things
A CA in full time practice cannot go for employment.

Hi, what is the difference between attestation, signing and certification ? Can a CA holding part-time COP be given special permission by the Council to do above ? Please clarify.
