An assesses submits the return of a.y2009-2010(return1) on time and he filed the return again with different figure on 28 march2011(return2) as belated return. After 5days that is on 2april2011 assesses again came and said that his return1 is correct and return2 is incorrect can he Again revise the return2........

he did not mentioned in 2nd return that its revised
so the department did not bothered to take notice of 2nd return
How did he filed the return electronically via digital signature or you hv already sent it to bangalore.
I came across a case where an assessee had filed two returns by mistake. This we tried to inform to the deptt by way of an application. I was directed to the ITO by the receiving clerk,who told me that we will be considering the 2nd return in ur case i.e. the one filed on the later date. In your case I would advise you to inform your ITO first and ask him if u need to revise the return. But i think you will have to revise it and your 1st one will not b considered at all.
Can any one tell me how to do accounting for companies/firm who sells insurance/mutual funds/FD/PPF/Loans on commission basis.???
