Ppf account to be mentioned as savings a/c

Dear Learned friends,

Kindly clarify the following, while filling ITR it asks for no. of accounts held, I have a PPF a/c which has a separate passbook and account no. operated from the same branch where I have savings account also and FDs. Do I need to mentioned both savings account and PPF as two separate accounts or should I mention only savings account.
