How to convert file in "Microsoft PowerPoint Slide Show" to "Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation"?

Open the pps file with Power point and save it as type "presentation" A new .ppt file will be created.

Right click on the file.
Choose the option "New"

Open Powerpoint
Go to File>Save as>give file name
set file type as PPT.
