I am incorporating a co. while doing so on what type of paper (i.e. on stamp paper of what value or on plain paper) should the power of Attorney by the promoters be submitted???

power of attorney must b on stamp paper...
Rs. 50/- or Rs. 100/-. (Depends of the state in which the regisered office is situated)
It is situated in Delhi.
